Payment Terms

Service Guarantees
While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings or traffic volumes. SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes and market competition.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom-created content and designs. However, we retain the right to use work samples in our portfolio. Pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies remain our property.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability
Discountline Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
